Jennifer Lilly – Sales and Marketing Director
A seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of expertise in senior living and event management, Jennifer Lally-Sheagren enjoys educating seniors and their families about what senior living has to offer and then holding their hand through the process of making the move.
Her passion lies in connecting with others, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
Jennifer works hard to build relationships with the greater community based on trust and accountability.
A proud mom of August and two Min Pin boys, she loves the ocean and does her best to enjoy a trip to get in the water as often as she can—especially Hawaii!
Jennifer has four sisters whom she counts as some of her very favorite people in the world. She loves a good karaoke night, a Yahtzee session, and spending time in her yard with family and friends.

Olatunde Aleem – Memory Care Director
Olatunde “Aleem” Aleem is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a diverse background spanning finance, logistics, and health care administration.
Born and raised in Okeho, Oyo State, Nigeria, Aleem began his educational journey at 2nd Baptist Primary School and continued at Ansar Deen High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, in 2005.
Aleem commenced his career in 2006 as a graduate trainee at Ashaka Cement in Gombe State during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year. In 2007, he joined First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria PLC, where he served in internal control and compliance roles until 2019.
Upon relocating to Indiana, USA, in 2019, Aleem briefly worked as a quality inspector at XPO Logistics before transitioning to the health care sector. His roles have included positions as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Residential Care Administrator (RCA), reflecting his commitment to senior care and human services.
Aleem holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, Evansville. He is a licensed Residential Care Administrator and possesses certifications as a Qualified Medication Aide (with insulin administration) and Certified Nursing Assistant.
Known for his strong work ethic, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, Aleem is adaptable and continually seeks to acquire new skills. His passion lies in serving the senior community, aiming to provide compassionate care and meaningful engagement.
Aleem is married to his wife of 16 years, and they have three children.

LaShelle Crawley – Executive Director
LaShelle Crawley serves as the Executive Director at Charter Senior Living of Hobbs Station in Plainfield, Indiana, where she leads with a commitment to enhancing the human spirit through compassionate care and operational excellence. With an MBA in health care management and licensure as a Health Facility Administrator, LaShelle brings experience from skilled nursing facilities and Assisted Living communities.
Over the past nine years, LaShelle has dedicated her career to senior living management, focusing on creating environments where residents thrive. At Hobbs Station, she oversees daily operations, ensuring compliance with health care regulations, and spearheads initiatives that promote resident engagement and satisfaction. Her leadership has been instrumental in fostering a culture that values personalized care, staff development, and continual improvement.
LaShelle’s journey into health care was inspired by personal experiences, notably when her grandmother entered an Assisted Living facility in 2001. This pivotal moment ignited her passion for senior care, leading her to pursue a career in health care administration. In 2010, she earned her MBA in health care management, further solidifying her commitment to the field.
Beyond her professional achievements, LaShelle is a family-oriented individual who has been happily married for 17 years and is the proud mother of three beautiful children. She believes in the power of community and strives to make Charter Senior Living of Hobbs Station a place where residents feel valued, safe and connected.

Stephanie Washington – Health and Wellness Director
Stephanie Washington, LPN, is the Health and Wellness Director at Charter Senior Living, where she brings over 15 years of dedicated nursing experience to the Assisted Living community. Born in the Bronx, NY, and raised in Long Island, Stephanie’s passion for caring for others was sparked early on by the special bond she shared with her grandmother—a connection that inspired her lifelong commitment to elder care.
A proud graduate of Holy Trinity High School, Stephanie continued her education at Molloy College before earning her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential from Eastern Suffolk School of Nursing in 2008. Since then, she has devoted her career to geriatrics, with a primary focus in long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation.
Known for her compassion, leadership, and tireless advocacy for the elderly, Stephanie now serves in Assisted Living, where she continues to elevate the standard of care and quality of life for every resident she serves.
Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie is a devoted wife and proud mother of three beautiful daughters. She is also a loving daughter, sister and friend—valuing family, faith and community in all she does. Her journey reflects not only her skill and dedication as a nurse but her unwavering heart as a caregiver.
